Meet the Owner

Mike DeLatte is the proud owner and founder of Del-Con, LLC, established in 2016. With over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike brings a deep knowledge of the trade, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence on every project. Mike has worked in the sectors of commercial, municipal, Industrial, oil/gas, solar, ethanol, and offshore production.

Born and raised in Pierre Part, Louisiana, Mike developed a passion for building early on, learning the value of quality craftsmanship and integrity through hands-on experience. After working in various roles within the field, he decided to start Del-Con with a vision of delivering dependable, high-quality construction services to clients across the southeastern region.

When not overseeing projects, Mike enjoys traveling and values time with with his family. Under his leadership, Del-Con continues to grow, built on a foundation of trust, hard work, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

He currently has licenses in Louisiana, Alabama, and Georgia.
